Motorcycle dying while switching from first into next gears

My2020 Husqvarna did the same thing on cold starts. It’s because the oil is cold and more viscous (thicker). The clutch is bathed in that oil, so the clutch plates drag quite a lot. When the engine is cold and not running efficiently and the cool oil is dragging the clutch plates, it causes the engine to stall. It’s worse in cold weather, obviously.
If your problem is the same as mine, revving the cold engine just a little when you first put it in gear will keep it from stalling. Letting the cold engine and oil warm up for a couple of minutes at idle and in neutral will make the oil less viscous and it won’t stall the engine.
Another thing could be that your bike just runs poor when cold and when you shift, the engine gets a little more resistance, which is enough to cut off. When the bike is warmed up this should be fixed. Otherwise try shifting in to gear in between opening the throttle. And let the clutch slip gently with enough throttle so it won’t stall. Or start the engine with gear engaged and clutch pulled. And drive away smoothly.
Try leaving your engine to idle for longer. If I put it in gear before the engine warms up, the engine dies (Probably something with wet clutch and hot oil).
